Yes, cash gifts or gift cards / certificates allow us to purchase a specific toy or gift for a Member who might not otherwise receive one this holiday season.
Giving is easy and you have options. To donate toys or other physical gifts, simply drop off your new, unwrapped gift to one of our four Clubhouses Monday to Friday between 12 p.m. and 8 p.m. until Friday, Dec. 8. We can also make arrangements to pick up the gifts should your donation exceed 25 items.
Your generosity is greatly appreciated. We recommend a budget of $30 per gift.
No, we ask that each toy or gift come unwrapped so we can make sure that each gift is age appropriate for the Member receiving it.
New and unwrapped gifts only please.
When possible, we appreciate batteries being included with the gift.
Of course! We encourage businesses, organizations and other groups to join us in this initiative. You can choose to simply purchase gifts the same way you would as an individual or use the experience as a team-building exercise. Your fun office event could end up benefiting many of Ottawa’s children and youth. Put up a Christmas tree, create a toy drop-off bin, hold a fundraiser, place a donation jar in a high traffic area, or come up with your own creative idea.
