Celebrations

We celebrate days, weeks, and months of significance. The celebrations include Black History Month, Women’s History Month, Indigenous History Month, Pride Week, and more. Religious celebrations include but are not limited to significant days of the First Peoples, Bahá’I, Buddhist, Christian, Hindu, Islam, Jewish, Sikh faiths.

Learning Opportunities

We make time to learn by reading, watching movies or documentaries and developing our understanding through group discussions. Examples of program that enhance our learning include our Diversity Library and Equity Book Club.

Hero Profiles

We believe in the power of inspiring young people by paying homage to history-makers. We profile influential leaders for equity-seeking groups in our programing and on our Clubhouse walls through posters, poems, boards, and more.
