How to sponsor a family in five simple steps

1. Sign up to sponsor a family

Select the size of the family you'd like to sponsor, then complete and submit the form below.

2. The ‘wish list’

Within five business days of registering, a member of our team will provide you with a local family’s wish list that includes the age and gender of each family member. This is simply a guide as donors are free to customize hampers based on their ability.

3. Collect items or go shopping

You can start collecting groceries and household items (click here to view a basic grocery list) right away based on the size of family you selected. Once you have your wish list, it’s time to start collecting personalized items. Feel free to hold an event to raise money, promote staff or customers to bring in items or plan a team building day where you go shopping. Don’t forget to ask for a gift receipt. Please only include new and / or recently purchased items.

4. Pack your hamper

Please place all donated items into a sturdy box, basket or plastic tote. Label each hamper with the family number (top right corner of your wish list), hamper number (e.g., 1 of 2, 2 of 2) and your first and last name.

5. Drop off your hamper at one of our Clubhouses
